Dow Avenue Bridge

HEB was engaged by the Town of Franconia to perform a preliminary engineering study and report including survey, base mapping, geotechnical borings, field inspection and rating analysis, and cost estimate for repair and rehabilitation of a 70-foot historic-truss bridge over the Gale River. In conjunction, 300 feet of alignment was studied for redesign. Following the report phase, HEB proceeded to design services for rehabilitation. Construction administration services were also provided by HEB. Construction cost was $405,000.
