Mt. Valley Mall Property

The owners of the Mountain Valley Mall have redeveloped the existing mall site.  A portion of the existing mall building was demolished to make way for a 169,000 square foot Lowe’s home improvement store.  The remaining mall structure houses the current tenants and got a much deserved face lift.  HEB provided extensive property line and topographic survey, civil site design, grading, relocation of electric lines, water line upgrades, sewer line and pump station relocation, and provided coordination between the architects and engineers. HEB’s responsibilities also included a multitude of regulatory permits and representation before local review agencies.
