Presidential Golf

Being developed by a North Conway-based venture, the Presidential Golf and Country Club occupies 420 acres nestled between two ponds and associated wetlands. Taking advantage of spectacular views of Mt. Washington and the Presidential Range, the project master plan accommodates 90 private homes carefully separated from, yet integral with, the Country Club and championship PGA golf course. After performing a vast boundary and topographic control survey, HEB completed a drainage report and grading and site plans, as well as road, bridge and parking lot designs. Of special importance was HEB's leading role in securing the many requisite environmental permits associated with a project of this magnitude.
