| HEB performed inspections and structural analyses of 37 towers in Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland for US Cellular. At existing sites an HEB engineer climbed, inspected and measured each tower member in addition to verifying the existing antenna inventory. The towers were analyzed for the addition of new digital PCS antennas, and HEB recommended modifications necessary to accommodate the additional equipment. |
