HEB has held several Indefinite Quantity Contracts with the U.S. Postal Service over the past 10 years. These have included such services as surveying, parking lot design, site planning, building design, roof repair and replacement, and construction administration. Under one of these contracts HEB, along with its team of an architect, electrical engineer and mechanical engineer, designed an expanded loading dock with hydraulic lift and a new roof. The team also rehabilitated the cupola, specified new interior ceilings, lighting, painting and central air conditioning. HEB provided construction administration services.
